Welcome to NYC’s favorite classic pub restaurant, nestled snugly on the corner of 63rd and 1st. This legendary location once housed the first T.G.I. Friday’s in 1965, which was famously dubbed the world's “first singles bar.” Known to 80s film buffs as the exterior for Tom Cruise’s character's first bartending gig, our site is rich in history. Today, as Baker Street Irregulars, we continue the tradition as a family-friendly neighborhood sports bar. Locals and visitors alike gather to enjoy Irish pub-inspired comfort food and drinks in a relaxed, contemporary atmosphere. In the summer, our walk-up coffee bar keeps busy patrons fueled on the go.
